1.The price is only for the dress, not include any accessories such as gloves,jacket,veil and petticoat.

2.We do standard size or custom made size,the price is the same, please leave us your measurments if you choose custom made, please see below measuring instruction.(please choose a close size when you order the dress,after payments, send your real size to us in Aliexpress message,we will remark your order is custom size not order size).

Color: you can choose any color you like from color card ,then tell us the color number.Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photographs you saw.

We provide complete customization services, and most of our wedding dresses are free to customize sizes and colors. We can make the perfect wedding dress for you according to your body measurement data. We can also order the wedding dress for you according to your requirements, modify the neckline, sleeve length and trailing train length. If you have any requirements, please feel free to contact us.Of course, you can also send us other photos of the wedding dress you want to customize, or the photos you send are from a social media or store, and we will provide you with a professional and reasonable quotation after evaluation.

Item will be couriered from China to your address. We may fold the gown inside out to protect the beading or lacing.Before shipment we will do a careful examination, tried to be no problems.But if the you get the goods found problems, please contact with us, we will help you properly addressed.

Returns

We do our best to serve our customers so if you have any problems about the item please contacts us as soon as possible. We will refund or exchange the new item to you.Kindly note that the returned shipping paid by buyers.Additional return policy details: the dress must be not used, not dirty, not smell.

2.Shipping time depends on the shipping ways you chosen.
3.Please message me your deadline in advance or detail any time-sensitive requests in the order’s note box at checkout.
4.!!!After placing your order, there is still ONE DAY to change your mind or Please confirm well before placing the order. Once the tailoring process has begun, the materials cannot be reused. Canceling orders halfway will cause us a lot of losses, since all our dresses are not in stock, but brand new and custom made for each order.
5.!!!We provide rush order service for all products. If there is a rush order, we strongly suggest you contact us before place order to avoid error estimates.

RETURN POLICY

1.We do not accept returns for custom dresses in size or dresses with any changes requested.
2.For regular sized dresses with no changes, please message me your return request within 5 days of receiving the dress. The returned item must be in perfect condition (as new), you can try the dress on, but be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, otherwise it will not be accepted.
3.We hold the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as wrong custom made measurements you provided or standard size which we made right but you chose wrongly, or your event is canceled or the dress is not needed any more, etc.
4.Please must help clear the Custom Taxes. Returned fee will be covered at customer’s end if you do not cooperate withe Tax clearance. Please understand, however customs duty is out of our control, we can’t guarantee any tax fee and will not bear any tax fee. All the fees possibly arising out of customs clearance are not covered under the Free Shipping provision.
